Paul has extensive experience in retail and consumer brand businesses, having chaired six consumer businesses over the past 14 years including New Look, Mayborn (Tommee Tippee), Radley and Cath Kidston.
Paul spent his executive career within the retail sector, including as Chief Executive Officer of Somerfield PLC where he led the successful re-engineering of the business and sold the company to Co-op in 2009. Paul has also held positions as European President of Levi Strauss & Co and Chief Executive Officer of Matalan and Asda.

He served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Dr. Martens Plc for three years, providing strategic oversight and guidance to the company before stepping into the role of Chief Brand Officer. As CBO, Ije successfully led the integration of Marketing, Product, Sustainability, and Strategy, defining the brand's overarching strategy, vision, and direction.
Prior to joining Dr. Martens, Ije was Senior Director at Apple Retail, Apple’s DTC arm, where he played a key role in driving meaningful connections between customers and the Apple brand. Before that, he was Chief Executive Officer at Wolff Olins, leading the group’s offices in London, Dubai, New York, and San Francisco, and helping some of the world’s most exciting businesses build their brands for the digital age.

Andrew Harrison (born 2 May 1957) is a British businessman and former management consultant, currently the chairman of SEGRO. He previously served as the CEO of The RAC, easyJet, Whitbread and the Dunelm Group.
Early life
Harrison was educated at Hitchin Boys' Grammar School and Bristol Grammar School, an independent day school. He went on to study economics at Pembroke College, Cambridge. He attended Maritzburg College and Natal university in South Africa.
Career
Prior to joining the RAC, Harrison held the roles of managing director of Courtaulds International Fabrics and finance director of Courtaulds Textiles plc. He was also a non-executive director at EMAP.
He was the chief executive of the automotive services company the RAC (previously Lex Services plc) from 1996 to 2005.
Harrison was announced as Ray Webster's successor as CEO of easyJet in September 2005. Harrison announced his intention to leave easyJet in December 2009 and departed in 2010 as Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the airline's founder, described him as "overrated".
Harrison became CEO of the British multinational hotel, coffee shop and restaurant company Whitbread in 2010, replacing Alan Parker. Harrison left in 2015, succeeded by Alison Brittain.
Harrison became chairman of Dunelm Group in July 2015.
Harrison succeeded Gerald Corbett as the chairman of SEGRO in 2022.

Alison Jane BrittainCBE (née Hopkins; born February 1965) is a British businesswoman, chair of the Premier League, and the former chief executive officer (CEO) of Whitbread. She was previously head of retail banking at Lloyds Banking Group.
Early life
Alison Jane Hopkins was born in February 1965. She grew up in Derbyshire, and was educated at the University of Stirling, where she received a degree in business studies, followed by an MBA from the Cambridge Judge Business School. When studying at the University of Cambridge, she matriculated at Girton College.
Career
Brittain joined Barclays as a graduate trainee, and worked there for 19 years. She joined Santander UK in 2007, then Lloyds Banking Group in 2011.
In May 2015, it was announced that from January 2016, Brittain would take over from Andy Harrison, who would be retiring, as CEO of Whitbread, the parent company of Premier Inn, Whitbread restaurants and Costa Coffee. Brittain had been seen as a favourite to succeed the current CEO of Lloyd's Banking Group, António Horta-Osório before this news was announced.
She was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2019 New Year Honours for services to business.
In July 2022, the Premier League announced that Brittain would be taking up its role of chair from early 2023. In January 2023, she stood down as CEO of Whitbread and became chair of the Premier League.
