Another Nigerian winner on the glamorous Lagos night was Lady Buckit & the Motley Mopster, an animated time travel adventure film.

Eyimofe, a global critical darlingdirected by the Esiri brothers, had a shortlived theatrical run in Nigeria. For a film that most Nigerians haven’t seen, these wins can only add to the reasons they should be excited for its return.
